Good morning, Gainesville! I’ve managed to talk with our management, and our weather broadcast is no longer being replaced by “Dogs: Their Meaning and Usage.” It’s been a hot and humid summer here in Georgia. However, much to the joy of the ice giants, it appears to be cooling off! The lows will be dropping into the low 70’s, and sometimes even into the 60’s, while the highs are lowering into the 80’s. For most of the week we are expecting some rain—rain! Grab an umbrella, rain jacket, or that old book of forbidden water magic left to you by a long lost uncle of another family because you will need it! We have 86% humidity today because someone left the shower on and now it’s all of our problems. Well, Ben, I’m glad that you’re gone and to be quite frank I don’t think your family even deserved that miniature cupcake the government sent them. This is all your fault. The Sun should be watching us from 7:10 AM to 8:00 PM before it is chased away by the moon who has gone off of strike at the eager behest of our canine brothers who I WILL find. As the weather cools off, I want to recommend our sponsor, Boiled Water Inc.! Have you ever seen boiling water? Have you ever tried it? Have you, perhaps, desired it? Well, now it’s all yours! With one small subscription of $379 a day, you too can steal boiling water from another’s radiator for your enjoyment and pleasure! Boiled Water Inc., I’m lovin’ it. Now, dear readers, I must depart to deal with the uprising of dogs who are attempting to break into the studio to reclaim their airtime. I will not let them, no I will not. I earned this position through dubious means and anti-dog rituals and by our avian overlords I will keep it. Tune in next time for an update on the peanut butter and jelly invasion of Gainesville!
